Mono Lake, California
Mono Lake is known for its unique tufa structures.

Lake George, New York
Lake George happens to be near where I live, but it's still a beautiful lake.

Lake Tahoe, California/Nevada
Lake Tahoe has a lot of appeal for winter weather lovers, but it's also beautiful in the summer.

Lake Ontario, New York/Ontario
I spent many evenings in Oswego, NY watching the sun set over this Great Lake.

Moraine Lake, Alberta
Moraine Lake in Banff National Park is one of the most beautiful lakes I've ever visited.

Emerald Lake, British Columbia
Emerald Lake has an Oz-like feel to it.

Swiftcurrent Lake provides a beautiful backdrop for Glacier National Park.

Maligne Lake, Alberta
Maligne Lake is the crown jewel of Jasper National Park

Lake Louise, Alberta
I know you're thinking four lakes from the Canadian Rockies seems like a lot, but after all, it is one of the most beautiful places on earth!
